Leandro Erlich The Swimming Pool, 2004 與高雄「泳池天台」

Leandro Erlich (born 1973 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an internationally exhibited Argentine conceptual artist. In 2001 he represented his nation at the Venice Biennial and was included in the main section of the biennial once again in 2005.^[1] The artist's work was also included in the 2000 Whitney Biennial and the 2001 Istanbul Biennial.^[2] In 2008 Erlich created a swimming pool installation which was on display at MoMA PS1 in the Long Island City section of Queens, New York City.^[3]

In summer 2013, Erlich exhibited Dalston House, an optical illusion at the Dalston Mill site inDalston, East London with a huge mirror suspended at 45° (from the horizontal) over a life-size model of the façade of a Victorian terraced townhouse placed horizontally on the ground, giving the appearance of visitors climbing or hanging off the side of the building.^[4]

〔記者楊媛婷／台北報導〕高雄駁二特區推出的新公共藝術作品「泳池天台」是目前民眾來到駁二的打卡熱點，但這座「泳池天台」被國內藝術家及民眾認為百分百抄襲自阿根廷藝術家林德羅．厄利什（Leandro Erlich）目前被收藏到日本金澤美術館的作品「泳池」，痛批高雄市政府文化局帶頭違法，高喊的文創口號原來竟是抄襲他人藝術創意。

視覺藝術協會顧問胡朝聖指出，厄利什的「泳池」作品最早於2001年威尼斯雙年展阿根廷國家館展出後，受到全球矚目成為當紅炸子雞，並在世界重要藝術大展巡迴展出，該作後來被日本金澤21世紀美術館所收藏，並成為該館的地標，厄利什的另件戶外公共藝術作品日前也被衛武營展出，藝術家本人兩週前也在高雄出席活動，胡朝聖表示厄利什當時對高雄留下不錯的印象，「怎知藝術家才離開台灣兩週，高雄市文化局就給了他最好的見面禮（抄襲作品）」！

胡朝聖進一步表示，目前厄利什已知道這部抄襲作品，後續將委由日本經紀人處理。對此質疑，高市文化局昨日曾解釋，兩處泳池作品雖有雷同處，但「泳池天台」非抄襲之作，而是重新打造出不同巧思的泳池作品，不過這番說法顯然不被藝術家與民眾接受。
